Namaste, I'm Jayshree S — a certified Yoga Instructor and Evaluator under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
My yoga journey began when I was just five years old. At that age, I didn't fully understand what yoga truly was — all I knew was that it made me feel calm, happy, and alive. With time, practice, and the gentle encouragement of my parents and teachers, yoga became more than just a routine — it became my passion and purpose.
I completed my Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from Bharat Sevak Samaj and later earned certification as a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator from the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. Over the years, I've received multiple recognitions and represented at national and international events.
My Yoga Journey & Philosophy
What started as playful stretches grew into a lifelong pursuit of balance, discipline, and mindfulness. I believe in creating a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring their practice at their own pace.
Through classes that balance strength, flexibility, and breath, I aim to help students find stillness, strength, and self-love.
Swadhayaya
Swadhayaya, meaning 'self-study', is at the core of my philosophy. Through physical postures, breathwork, and meditation, we delve inward to understand ourselves and true nature.
My classes are designed to be accessible at all levels, a community where growth and healing flourish. Join me in this beautiful exploration of mind, body, and spirit.
My Yoga Journey

Over the years, I've been honored with several recognitions, including the Yoga Jothi Award, Yoga Bharathi Award, Yoga Bhooshan Award, and even entries in the Patanjali Book of World Records and the Guinness World Record. I've proudly represented at both national and international yoga championships, earning medals and titles that remind me how dedication and love for the art can take us far.
